Ordering & Delivery

The difference between an on-line only furniture store and Mondital is that we do have physical stores located in London with over 22,000 sq ft of exclusive Italian furniture on display. Most of our collections are made to order and take from 6 – 14 weeks to deliver depending on which manufacturer the items are produced by, on occasion we do have certain items in stock which can be delivered within 1 – 3 days.


We have several payment options available, we accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque and Bank Transfer. If the item is in stock and ready to deliver, we will ask full payment in full, if the items need to be ordered. We will take 25% deposit on placing the order a further 25% when the items are in production and the balance in full before delivery.

Instead of collecting your payment on-line without fully understanding your requirements and we highly recommend a visit to one of our furniture store, we prefer to communicate with you and make sure we are able to fully satisfy your requirements. We also understand you may be working to a budget, so please let us know your budget and we will try our best to meet it.


At the point of order you will be advised of an approximate delivery date and this will vary depending on whether the item is in stock, to be ordered and if any special finishes or upholstery is required.

We understand the importance of a quality service, especially when delivering your luxury furniture items. We also understand our customers’ time is precious and we have spent time ensuring our delivery process is as hassle free as possible. Customers have the option to choose which day their furniture is delivered and are contacted in advance to co-ordinate the delivery.


We offer a full white glove service, we will unpack the items in a room of your choice, assemble your furniture and remove all packaging on your behalf.  This service is only available for items delivered within England and Wales.


For international customers we also offer worldwide delivery by ocean and air. Our coverage includes mainland Europe and deep-sea destinations like United Arab Emirates, Australia,  New Zealand, Qatar, Dubai, Canada, USA, Georgia, South Africa and the Far East. If your location is not listed please contact us if, it can be delivered to, we will endeavour to get your luxury furniture item to you.

All products offered by us have an approximate delivery lead time unless they are a stock item. If you require an item before the indicated lead time then please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
